“Our charging policy is that you the client pay only the cost price of everything that we provide. We then charge a 20% management fee on the invoice total. If a bottle of Champagne costs \3,500 you pay \3,500. We are completely transparent in our planning and costs and will happily show you receipts on request. We make our money by providing the service that puts your party together, by using our buying power and knowledge we can often save you the cost of our management fee. Let alone the cost of you or your employee’s time to put it all together. We make sure that the price we agree and contract to is the price you pay. There are no extra costs at the end of our events”.

A Cocktail party for 20 in a private apartment in Tokyo

We chose Champagne, fresh fruit cocktails, Sumptuous and innovative canapés and lots of fun. We provide everything - food, drink, music, service, decoration and lighting. You - bring yourselves and have some fun!

A London event for a TV Company – 2,000 guests

We set up the 3 continents event on a football field in London; absolutely everything had to be self contained from the power supply using huge generator trucks to the kitchens. We created a Bedouin tent filled with stuffed camels, shisha pipes, large rugs, flowing silk canopies and huge cushions. We served Chicken Shawarmers mango cocktails and had belly dancers and snake charmers. A full fairground was used for the American section with “Dodgem cars”, a “Waltzer”, a “Helter skelter”, Budweiser beer, Hot dogs and Hamburgers; The Japanese tent was a modern affair with paper lanterns, Black lacquer benches and silk screens, with a Sushi and Sake bar. We had staff from each of the respective nationalities preparing and serving the food. The Event took 3 days to build and 8 hours to take down. The football field was used at 3pm the following day for a match!

A Staff party for 6,000 in Edinburgh

A New York Street, A Cadillac bar, drive in Movie Theater and Chinese food stalls were created for this huge party. The dance floor was capable of holding 2,000 people. We had 120 catering staff and over 60 security stewards. The Health and Safety plan was very complex. Our management team is Hospitality trained in Food & Beverage and we have experience from some of the best hotels, bars and restaurants. As well as holding certificates in Health and safety, Training, First aid and Hygiene management we are members of many professional and technical organizations.

“A Reception for Royalty”

A public relations company hired us to cater for a charity event. The Patron of the charity was HRH Princess Anne. We created a very simple and stylish reception at their London offices catering out of the small tea and coffee kitchen. We provided an international lunch buffet, fine wines and informal professional service.
